Tao Yin and QiGong moving meditation originated in China where they have been practiced for thousands of years. These forms use a combination of movement, breath, attention, intention, visualization and sound to help strengthen our body/mind's awareness and ability to heal itself, as well as cultivate our compassion, virtue, and unique self.
Come join us to begin learning these wonderful ancient Chinese healing practices to nourish your health.

Improve balance, flexibility, strength, circulation, and overall feeling of well-being.
Begin learning about the interrelatedness of our body/mind according to Chinese Medicine principles.
Build awareness of our body's healing energy (Qi) and ways that you can interact with it.
